Across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO. No international shipping yet.
Processing & delivery
- Orders before 1pm PT on a business day ship same day; otherwise next business day.
- Standard delivery is 3–5 business days in the contiguous 48.
- Free standard shipping over $40 and on every Two-Pack and subscription; orders under $40 are a flat $4.95.
- Tracking link emailed when your order ships.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save ships every 30 days with free shipping. We email a few days before each renewal so you can skip, delay, or cancel.
Returns & the 60-day promise
Email [email protected] with your order number within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — no need to ship the canister back. Approved refunds land on your original payment method within 14 days. One promise refund per household.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo to [email protected] within 7 days and we’ll replace it free.
Lost packages
If tracking shows delivered but it hasn’t arrived, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with the carrier.
